We have done keto in the past and have seen some great results. However, we have always viewed it as a diet, which has always ended with gaining the weight back after returning to our old way of eating. We have realized that this isn’t a diet but needs to be a lifestyle change. We know that we will have “cheat days” but will need to get right back on the wagon and continue with better decisions as soon as possible.
For the next twelve weeks we will be tracking and sharing our progress with you as we switch over to a carnivore lifestyle. Who knows where we go after this? Since I love my relationship with my wife and daughter, I will not be sharing their initial weigh-in, just the weekly changes and the total loss data.
We are going to try to prepare the best quality meals as possible, including grass fed, grass finished beef, heritage pork, free-range chicken, and wild caught fish. Look for some recipes to come and please leave comments below if you would like to see something different.
